Ramesh Baba does not have a guru linked to any of the four sampradayas and he himself admits that. This is reason enough to not seek his spiritual guidance. There is not need for us to analyze any more on his topic what so ever. If this suffices do not read further.

If you keep this Bhava (consciousness) then you won't be able to measure your gain
Why is Ramesh Baba a mayavadi?
He does not
have a siksha or a diksha guru coming from the noncorrupted sections of the 4
sampradayas
He has
confessed that he has no guru.

But Ramesh Baba
places Him in the category of ordinary Indian village folk.

misconceive Lord Viṣṇu to have a material body or to equate Him with the
demigods is the most offensive blasphemy against Lord Viṣṇu, and offenders
against the lotus feet of Lord Viṣṇu cannot advance in spiritual knowledge.
They are called māyayāpahṛta-jñāna, or those whose knowledge has been stolen by
the influence of illusion.”
So now we are to call him, Ramesh

Let us understand succinctly what is brahminical culture and how is it different from mayavad
Q. Does Ramesh
Baba chant Krishna names?
A. Yes, so do the Satya Sai Baba folk. All mayavadis in india have their chants and they all get up in the morning and finish their ‘rounds’. But they are aparadhis and non devotees notwithstanding the fact they recite Bhaja Govindam daily. All Sankara mayavadis love to recite Bhaj Govindam, Pandurangaastakam or (Sankaracharita) Guruvastakam even. Q. Does Ramesh
Baba want to protect many cows and take care of them nicely?
A. Yes, this
does not mean that he is a bonafide, bona fide vaishnava. The demigods
arrived at Vashistha’s ashrama when he knowingly killed a cow and still the
demigods are called impure devotees. In Vedic culture all people love cows. It
is just non-specific-vaishnava culture viz., the brahminical culture that even
the mayavadis follow.
Q. But he is a
sweet person who never does anything bad?
A. So was
Sankara and all of his disciples and all the mayavadi gurus, Ammas, Babas,
Bappas, Babus, they are very sweet and charming people which you will get to know if you are so cursed to interact with
them.
Q. Ramesh Baba wants to clean the Yamuna river, which is the most spiritually potent river in existence What about that?
A. That is good. He is still not exempt from the injunction: "Similarly, we can offer many services with our bodily activities. But all such activities must be in relationship with Kṛṣṇa. This relationship is established by connecting oneself with the bona fide spiritual master, who is the direct representative of Kṛṣṇa in disciplic succession. Therefore, the execution of Kṛṣṇa conscious activities with the body should be directed by the spiritual master and then performed with faith. The connection with the spiritual master is called initiation. From the date of initiation by the spiritual master, the connection between Kṛṣṇa and a person cultivating Kṛṣṇa consciousness is established. Without initiation by a bona fide spiritual master, the actual connection with Kṛṣṇa consciousness is never performed." (NOD Introduction).
Q. What about him regularly helping iskcon devotees in vrindavan?
A. For that we are grateful. A person may like to help iskcon devotees this is purifying but in Ramesh Baba's case is not done enough times to attract the mercy of a bonafide diksha guru so far.
Ramesh Baba has no diskha or siksha guru coming from the four bonafide sampradayas. End of argument.
Thus he is unfit to take spiritual instructions from or hear Harinaam from.
We can discuss with him many practical matters just as we may discuss with an real estate agent or a politician or a plumber helping us in the holy lands but not on spiritual matters.
Why can't we get these simple facts in our heads?
When iskcon members fail to grasp these essential and easy to understand points
then we have a regretful recourse - to agree with Hridayananda Maharaja when he calls them morons since that is exactly what they are.
All glories to the misapplied intelligence of Hridayananda Maharaja!
It's not that Sacinandana Swami et al are going to the sahajiya-cum-mayavadi to educate him in the teachings of Prabhupada. That would have been the best thing.
We don't want to avoid giving association to mayavdis. We want to avoid taking their association.
We don't want to reject mayavadis when they make submissive inquires from us.
We should absolutely avoid making submissive enquires from them especially on Radharani. What madness is that?
You goto a sahajiya-cum-mayavadi to ask questions about Radharani? What is this? Makes no sense.
Even with fellow iskcon members we generally avoid, not ban but generally avoid, the topics of the gopis or Radharani
And some guru goes out of iskcon and sits on the floor, at the mayavadi-cum-sahajiya's feet, inquires from him who's seated on a chair, about "Radharani's bhava" and the
person on the chair is not initiated into a bonafide sampradaya.
We are not calling SaciSwami a sahajiya, etc.
We are just saying that he is the type of person who thinks that it is okay to make humble
inquiries about Radharani's Bhava from Ramesh baba who is a confirmed sahajiya-cum-mayavadi who has no diskha or even a siksha guru from any of the 4 sampradayas.
Sacinandana Swami does not take Ramesh's shelter alone. He takes about 10 disciples to Ramesh Baba and make them all sit at his feet and do so as well.
So, you please use your head and call SaciSwami what you wish to.

I am also like Hridayananda goswami you see, I too am in favor of treating you like an adult as HM says we should do.

Conclusion
Avoid persons like Sacinandana Swami who take instructions from RB on spiritual matters. If you want to consult RB on matters of local vrindavana governmental laws, economics, cow species, land fertility, local mafia etc that is a whole different thing. DON'T TAKE SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE FROM RB.
